Shipping Information:
Generally, items ship from our regional warehouses within 1-2 business days depending upon stock availability. Currently 90% of orders placed before 12:00PM CST ship same day. Every order over $50.00 ships FREE via standard ground shipping to any address in the United States. Expedited shipping is available at current rates based on ship-to address and weight of product purchased.
International Orders:
All international orders will be processed on a case by case basis and shipping charges will apply. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries at our sole discretion.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 2 weeks of delivery. Please contact us to request an RMA number and instructions for returning your products. If an RMA# is issued to you, it is valid for 14 days from the day it is issued. If your product is not received during this period of time, your RMA will be void and the product will be returned to the sender. We will not be able to reissue your RMA.
After two weeks from your initial purchase, all merchandise is covered by the Manufacturer's warranty only (NO EXCEPTIONS). Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping in all cases.
